So we deployed the latest version of Powerbuilder 2022 R2. Recompiled and updated our IIS server. Immediately started getting this error in our app after a few data operations.

Any thoughts on what we might be doing wrong?

Hi Shawn,

Is the error from an application that was started AFTER updating the Web APIs on the server? Or was it already running?

Regards,
Francisco

Can you verify the logs in the Web API's Logging/logs folder to see if the Web APIs are dying for some reason?

If there are no logs in there, make sure that the user running the Application Pool has write access to the Web API's folder.

Please see here for more information on PowerServer Logging: https://docs.appeon.com/ps2022/Logging_with_the_settings_in_Logging.json.html
