Hello,

I am configuring our web server and powerserver cluster servers for the Appeon web application. While I launch the web application I got  "Error code: 11030 Failed to handle the request because Appeon Cluster configuration file is not configured properly in the Web server".

What and which file can be wrong on the configuration?

Thanks,

Jon

We have one web server which connection type is HTTPS and 2 powerServer cluster servers with connection type HTTP.

Users will use web server (HTTPS) to launch the appeon web application.

Please confirm that all the 3 servers have to setup as HTTPS?

Hi Jon,

All of the PowerServer to be added into the cluster must have the same connection type: HTTP or HTTPS; it cannot be a mix. This is also applicable to Web server

If you add server in AEM and Appeoncould with https connection, it is requreid to use https connection to access application, otherwise http connection.

Hi Chris,

We have one web server and two powerServer cluster servers. The cluster setting on AEM is on powerServer cluster servers. Do I need to add web server there too? I have attached the screenshots of the configurations.

Thanks,

Jon

Not for the Web Server. Clustering would only be applicable there is you had 2+ IIS instances. Also, the IIS clustering would be configurable from the IIS console - not PS's AEM.

Hi Jon;

   Typically, this means that "The cluster list is empty.".
