I would love to see a more advanced search capability in PowerBuilder for searching through scripts, within objects and through libraries.  For example, I recently deprecated a function (call if f_xxx) in favor of one in a user object (n_cst_uo.of_xxx).  I wanted to find all instances of f_xxx not of_xxx.  Or, search for scripts with X and Y in them.  We currently offer Match Case, what do search in and display options for a library search, where a script search offers Match Case, Regular expression, Search direction and Wrap.  Perhaps we could add these options plus Extended (\n, \r, \t, \0, \x ...) to the global search.  I would also add "NOT" to be able to search for this and not that.

Take a look at PBSearch and see if it meets your needs.
