Hi,

We have our PowerBuilder Application exposed to our customer through Citrix. The customer using French system.  The data field set Edit Mask $###, ###.00. Recently we update the Citrix server to Windows server 2016. Then our customers have issue entering the data. Sometimes when the field get focus, the cursor is after the decimal point. Sometimes after the field lose focus, the value entered after decimal point go to the front of decimal point. This is only happened in French system. Does anybody know the cause of the issue?

Hi Haihong;

   We have the same issue in the Canadian Government systems as EditMask's need to be in the French format, which is  #,##0.00$. I suspect that your issue relates to using a US EditMask that does not match the Citrix user App's "regional settings".

Regards ... Chris

But how can we define the Edit Mask for both French and English?

Most Canadian Government applications use two DWO's - one English and one French to handle EditMask and many other language display nuances.
