Running the latest sales demo application, and to try drag and resize from the corners is almost impossible to pin point and do it, takes you so many attempts!

Anyway of making the response area of the borders bigger?

Hey, workaround albeit requires keyboard action.

  1. Press Alt+Spacebar
Result :: Window's control menu appears

  2. Choose "Size"
Result :: Window in Resize mode

  3. Choose any of the four arrow keys
Result :: That arrow's border is now in active Resize mode

  4. Use arrow keys up/down or left/right to move selected border back-and-forth

Repeat for other borders.

NOTE: Choosing two arrow to indicate a corner (like down and right for lower right-hand corner) makes that corner the sizing point. All four arrows can now adjust window size.

Hi Marc;

FYI:  I have had this issue as well in my STD Framework's OrderEntry demo App. I have already opened a case (ticket) for this issue in early January, 2020 for 2019 R2. It seems to be related to the Theme feature.

Regards ... Chris

Hi, Marc -

I believe this is controlled by Windows, not PB. I don't have a Win10 machine accessible at the moment to test, but a quick search on the web for "windows 10 border frame width" found several posts that may provide you with a solution.

Regards,
John

John, I think you are - at least partially - right.

What about the use of SetWindowLong() API to make the borders thicker? (just saying, not sure if that's possible). In older versions of windows it's possible to set 'how thick' a resizable border should be in windows configuration itself, but not sure about windows 10.
