Hello, i'm not very familiar with the iOS environment but i'm experiencing a strange behaviour when i try to trigger the doubleclicked event on a dw field.
On an ANdroid device everything is working as expected, when i double click on that field the event is successfully triggered. On an iPhone it doesn't work at all. Well, it's working but not as expeced...for example after a lot of clicking sequentially on the same field then on another one.
Am i missing something? any ideas?

tia,

simone

Hello Simone,

please go through the AWS API

https://www.appeon.com/support/documents/appeon_online_help/2017/workarounds_and_api_guide/ch01s04s02.html#d0e13292

In particular, of_setassistivetouchmode, of_setdwinputmode, of_setlongpressinterval can help you in setting the appropriate double-tap or long pressing behaviour.

Best,

.m

Hi Simone;

  I have never had to do anything special to trap a DT on an iOS device vs Android. Something sounds fishy IMHO. We would need to know more about your App & environment (both development and Apple device wise).

  If you try Marco's suggestions and the DT is still an issue, please open a Support Ticket.

Regards ... Chris
