I'm trying to use the WindowDockState = windowdockstatefloating! property, but it doesn't seem to work.  I understand it is supposed to let the user drag a MDI sheet window outside the MDI frame?  I have tried to change the window property, and also to change it in script where I get the error "A systemwrite property can be modified only in an event or function in its parent class."  Has anybody gotten this to work in PB 2017?  I'm on Windows 10.

Hi Gary;

   I just tried using the setting in the MDIDockingDemo App that comes with PB 2017 (and PB 12.6 as well). It falters in both PB 12.6 and 2017, as follows:

From the PB 2017 Help though  ...

FWIW: So it looks like either this is a big .. OR we should have control over this setting in the OpenXxxxxxxDocked () methods

I would recommend that you open a support ticket on this one. I suspect that this is a "left over" issue from this initial feature support in PB 12.6.

HTH

Regards ... Chris
