Resolved Does .NET DataStore have a PDF save option?

We are looking at the possibility of using SnapDevelop & .Net DataStore to move PowerBuilder reports into an existing C# web application.

Does .Net DataStore have to ability to generate a PDF from a report type DataWindow or is it only for non-visual?

Hi Roland,

The .NET DataStore is purely non-visual object.  You would either need to implement your own solution to generate PDF and with the formatting you want, or alternatively you could have the .NET DataStore return the data to a PB client app and use the PowerScript DataWindow to do the SaveAs to PDF.
