Hi,

Just want to check before I'll go with normal download and display file road - is it possible to display photo (in picture control) directly from URL in PowerBuilder 2022?

Thanks,
Marcin

Hi, Marcin -

I'm certainly not an authority on the subject, but based on what I (think I) know how web browser apps work, I would say no, it is not possible. When viewing web pages, browser apps seamlessly download images and write them to files in their cache (folder or folders) behind the scenes so that they can be rendered on a display monitor and reused if needed.

Best regards, John
