Hi;

I've been asked to modify an Infomaker report that contains sensitive info so that the user cannot save it. (Evil, I know.)

Is it possible to disable the printing and "save rows as" options on reports?

Thank you!

Keeley

Thanks! I used a dummy query to make a blank form and stuck the report in there.

Hi Keely;

   When running a report by using the Infomaker IDE, the answer would be no. The IDE enables all that functionality by default.

   If however you embed the use of the report within a Form and then compile the Form & Report into an Application Executable - then you can design the Form so that no saving or exporting is enabled. Then just give the report users the EXE.

HTH

Regards ... Chris
