I was trying to Activate our copy of InfoMaker and had to reset my password.  After following link in email I was able to reset my password.  Then logging into InfoMaker I get a message that the account is already logged in to InfoMaker. Note: One account cannot log in to trail and paid versions at the same time.  I didn't log into a trail version.  How do I exit trail version in order to log into paid version?

Hi.

While connected to appeon site (with user account having that trial license) go to following link: Appeon User Center. You should see your license being logged in. There is an option to logout.

I logged in with user account (the only one I know that I have) and it says I don't have any licenses logged in.

Are you the license administrator? If not you have to ask your license administrator to log you out... But it's strange that you can't even see your trial license.

If you are the license administrator then you may have to request support form appeon.

I had the license Administrator log me out. Everything is working as designed now. Thank you.
