if you click on the arrow to show the drop down list and then tab off the column the drop down list doesn't go away.  seems to only be a problem with suggest mode

Maybe it's just me, but blatantly non-tested-at-all new features like this are starting to make me more and more reluctant to do any testing at all.

We release a pre-beta, so we have an excuse for not doing any testing at all?

Very happy with 2019 until Appeon fixes their stuff. The bugs in 2021 aren't all being fixed, but instead we tell users to - for example - test their new webview2 control and "simply" migrate to 2022... Doesn't look like they plan on fixing the problems with the CEF browser control when I read advice like that.

Just me being me.

regards.

on the other hand, do you want to wait for a more polished version before you get your hands on the new release?

Honestly, these are the sort of things i would leave in a beta version to see whether they get reported. if all the known bugs are found, you know your testers are testing. I'm not saying that is what it is, i am saying that is what i would do. although i might set it up as a scavenger hunt with prizes. like a nice bottle of scotch for this particular bug report.

lol, we love scotch.

Yes, I know what you are saying, but I just don't like to report bugs that would have been found if there would have been a minimal amount of testing by Appeon. (not saying nothing is tested).

The thing with new releases is that you can't go to production with them until most bugs have been found and corrected. If by that time another newer release is on the horizon and the advice is to use the "new" release ....
