Resolved Datawindow has invalid release number

Hi,

When trying to integrate my report in KTP (Kondor Trade Processing) modified on infomaker, i receive this message "Datawindow has invalid release number".

I tried many times by rebuilding, regenerating and saved the PBL containing the report and the integration worked, but i don't know how lol.

If anyone can help me to solve this error.

KTP version : 6.24

infomaker version 2022 R2

database used version : 10G

Hi Amine;

  I suspect that your KTP system is built in an older version of PowerBuilder. In order to share Report / DataWindow objects - both IM & PB systems must be of the same version & preferably build. So in your case, the IM2022 report (DWO) syntax cannot be interpreted by the older KTP PB version as it newer features in its source code than the older PBVM does not understand. Hence, the error that you are getting .  HTH

the report was created with an old version of infomaker. i just modified it with the 2022 version.

It will get the new release number if you modify and save it,

I don't know KTP but it seems that it does not support datawindows you created with Infomaker 2022 R2.

You have to ask the KTP vendor.
