I upgraded our current PB application to version 2019. The application is used to create PB reports. All the criteria of reports are saved to Sybase tables. After upgrading to the version 2019, I tried to open our reports , none of report is loaded to datawindow, BUT when I create the new report and reopen it , the new report is loaded, no problem. Anyone has any ideas why it happened ? Thank you.

what version of PB did you migrate from?
what sybase database? ASE?
what exactly do you mean by criteria? Just data (parameter values for the report), or do you mean the reports themselves?
also, not sure what you are describing. are you running your report application and select a report to run and the report doesn't run?
did you run your application in the debugger so you can see what is happening?

Does this involve PSR files?

Hi Kelvin;
Are you connecting to the correct instance of ASE in your PB IDE that has the related data?

Thank you for your reply. The application does not use PSR file. The function of application is : user enters the criteria (condition) for report such as column a = 3 for record = abc on the data window , then all data will be saved to different of Sybase tables (version 16) , when the user wants to generate reports , the application collects data which users enter before and create reports. The problem is : with new version of PB is :when the user tries to open the previous saved report, the report is not loaded on screen (the screen is blank) for user to modify or resave .... , but if the user creates a new report with new condition, when the user reopen the new report , it's ok , all the conditions are loaded. We upgraded PB from 7 to 2019

The application connects to the correct database because I do the query on the database , I can see the name of new reports and old reports on tables. Thank you.

Hi Kelvon;
Can you trying editing one of the DWO's source code in PB2019? Then check the 1st line of the source code for the value "release 19;" if the DWO source does not state the value 19, please change the "release NN;" to 19 & then save the DWO. Then try to run the DWO again.
Regards ... Chrids
