Resolved CPU Usage Goes 99% High After Installing .NET Framework

Hello, I recently updated .NET Framework on my Windows 10 computer and still then CPU usage goes 99% high displayed this .NET Runtime Optimization Service in the task manager. 

But friends this article suggested to run the official script by Microsoft. I am a techy, not understand if this method might be helpful or not. Can someone suggest me if it is useful or not?

Is this for C# project you developed with SnapDevelop or PowerScript project you developed with PowerBuilder?

Hi,

Microsoft runs a bunch of cr*p after (and lately during) every update of windows. You just have to sit it out. It sometimes might take like an hour or two  before things go back to 'normal' (especially on servers). If it doesn't improve, then yes, you might have to take a look into articles like the one you found.

Apart from the "Runtime Optimization Service", there's also this horrendous 'modules worker installer' sucking up 100% of the machine.
