Resolved Corrupted pbl twice within a month

Twice within a month, a pbl has been corrupted and several of our reports are missing.  We've Googled what causes this to happen and there are so many variables that COULD cause this.

In a previous post, someone was having a similar problem and one of the replies mentioned pointers.

Does anyone have any advice to identify what is causing this to happen so we can 'stop' doing whatever is causing this?  Our instance of InfoMaker is hosted and is not installed on separate computers.  This is the version we are using:

So, there is more than 1 person adding or deleting reports and queries.  Having said that, what is the best practice so we are not in there at the same time?

Each person could work in a library on their computer and then when the report is ready for use, coordinate with the others so that they can copy that report from the local library to the shared library.

Perform an Optimize of the library.

One sure way to cause corruption is to have two people saving reports into the same library at the same time.
