Windows 10, 64 bit
Oracle 12
PB v12.1 Running the EXE and PBDs

Used Inno Setup to create an installer.
Ran the installer on the Win 10 VM - Everything appears to have installed correctly and in the correct locations.
Oracle 12 is installed.    - - - Strangely, Oracle does not show up in the Control Panel Programs & Features.
When attempting to connect with SQLCA set like this...
      SQLCA.DBMS = O10
      SQLCA.LogPass = the_password_for_the_user
      SQLCA.ServerName = SBTRN12D
      SQLCA.LogId = the_user_name
      SQLCA.DBParm = DelimitIdentifier='No', DisableBind=1, PackageProcs = 1

....I get an Oracle error 999 with the message that the OCI.DLL is not installed.
This exact same setup works on Window 7 VMs, both 32 and 64 bits.

How can I correct this issue?

Thanks, Olan

The bitness of the PowerBuilder app must match the bitness of the Oracle Client. Windows being 64bit doesn't enter into it. If Windows is 32bit, both will have to be 32bit.

I may have the solution. I just learned that the 32 bit version of Oracle 12 was installed.

We're now replacing the 64 bit version with the 32 bit version, and we'll try it again....

Thanks,
