How can we connect PowerBuilder 2022 with Sybase without using ODBC

Hi.

You mean ASE or ASA? If ASE, then use native client (ASE SAP ASE...). If you are using SQL Anywhere you can connect using ADO.NET or OLE DB (but from my experience ODBC connection in SQL Anywhere are really fast).
