Dear Team,

I have a Biometric Device ZKTECO IFACE 950, whenver employee is punching in the device, I want to monitor , device configured to specific port ( 8085) and host is listening but chiness charectors. I want to read from PowerBuilder. 

This code taken from Winsock - Topwiz Software, it's giving chinesse charecters. Device connected LAN

if Any sample application, it will help me more..

Seems like you have a Unicode conversion issue.

Have you tried to see what happens when you uncheck the "send/receive unicode" checkbox?
