Good Friday

I am trying to following this online document (https://bit.ly/2Crv7BH) to configure IIS for my web app.

The PowerServer installed is of 2019 (Note, there is Another configuring online doc for PowerServer 2020 - https://bit.ly/30XONqT)

In the 2019 doc, it stated "If any folder [IISSupport and weblibrary_ax sub-folders] is missing, go to the default installation directory of PowerServer Web Component (C:\Program Files\Appeon\WebComponent2019) and manually copy the entire appeon folder to the IIS Web root."

I installed PowerServer in the root folder - wwwroot - but I only find weblibrary_ax folder. IISSupport folder is no where on C:\ to be found.

Per the doc "check if there is an appeon folder which at least contains the IISSupport and weblibrary_ax sub-folders" it needs to have Both to work on the configuration...

What should I do? Where can i get IISSupport folder?

Thanks

Try installing the optional Appeon Web Server component to your c:\inetpub\wwwroot folder.  If it still does not appear, please open a Standard Support ticket.
