It has been more than a year since we distributed our signed powerclient application in PB2019 with a code certificate in PFX format using the the SignTool that already includes PB compilation menu.

Since June 1, 2023, the regulations regarding these certificates have changed and the certificates must now use a token to validate this certificate, whether on USB or in the cloud.

We understand that the signtool utility is in charge of this signature and that therefore we can continue compiling the application as we are doing until now.

is that so?

Anyone had any experience about this?

Thank you

"we can continue compiling the application as we are doing until now."

that is correct, you can continue as you do now until you need the new certificate (which will expire 1 year after the current one).

then new certificate will be issued either on a USB or cloud cert.
