From one moment to the next, our clients' applications fail to start,
the app cloud launcher is suspended and never finishes loading.

Is it happening on one client machine or same problem on many machines?

On a problematic machine, is it consistently not working or it works sometimes?

If you are on PB 2022 Build 1900, then my best guess is your anti-virus software is interfering the launching process.

Os Version: Windows 10

Web Server / Browser version & build : Web Server:  Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard 10.0.14393 N/A Build 14393 / Google Chrome 112.0.5615.138 (Build oficial)

PB Version & build : PB 2021 15009

PS Version & build : PS 2021

Other: There has not been any change in the IDE or the RUNTIME

Question: Is there a possibility that an EFB-type update has been downloaded from the appeon servers?

Thanks

Hi Walther;

This could be related to a W10, Antivirus or IIS (Windows Server) update.
