Hi,

While compiling PowerBuilder code ( both PowerBuilder and PowerServer projects) , CISCO Secure AV considers it as malware and tries to quarantine it. This is happening for the PowerBuilder 2022 R2 Build 2819.

Attached files are the Event Logs taken from my system. I request please verify this and suggest us a solution.

refer the attached zip file for the event logs.

Thanks,

Gururaja Udupa

Hi Gururaja ;

  You should contact the CISCO Secure AV folks about this. They might need to adjust their scanning profiles. I suspect though that you might have to digitally sign your PB C/S App, PowerClient and/or PowerServer App EXE's to satisfy Secure AV's "trust" - but again, that should be on checking with CISCO support to their advise.  HTH

Regards ... Chris

After working with IT team, modified the CISCO Secure AV configurations, this has resolved the issue.

Thanks,
