Resolved changing IDE 2019 R3

Good evening.

We have pb 2019 build 2170 in production. I have download pb 2019 R3 in another PC for testing.  We saw in a video demo that it was possible to change the IDE.

Is it possible to change The IDE bettween our production version and R3? or just between R2 and R3 versions?

We made this change starting with PB 2019 R3, so no you cannot use PB 2019 R3 to deploy to older versions.  But as you move forward into the future, for example PB 2021 or PB 2022, then you can compile all the way back to PB 2019 R3 using the newer PB IDEs.  Please refer to this table to better understand what runtime versions are supported: https://docs.appeon.com/pb2019r3/whats_new/ch01s01s03.html
