Hello,

I cannot assign a PowerBuilder license to a user because he cannot register his email.  Error message says reputation is poor and fail to pass IPQS validation.

His email is qwu13@statestreet.com can you please help me setup his email?

Why doesn't the email address follow the convention yours did, first initial last name? qwu13 seems odd for a business email.
