I have a new laptop on which I have installed Powerbuilder v 2013 R3.  I work for a large corporation and as such, I do not have an individual license for Powerbuilder.  It does still run without issue on my old laptop.  When I open Powerbuilder, I get the following message:

Does anyone here have any suggestions?

I assume you probably mean PB 2019 R3.  On your old laptop, you must have a login id/pw you are using.  If you can open PB on that laptop, look in the top right corner and you will see the ID (screenshot below).  Once you figure out who the user is, contact your company's Appeon License Administrator if you don't remember the password.  If the user you login as on the old laptop is no longer with your company, you can have the administrator remove the license for that id and add one for you.  Each user needs an Appeon account, so you can either use the same one that your old laptop is using or create a new Appeon account and have the license switched to your account.

Screenshot shows the arrow next to the account clicked.
