Can you tell me what causes "myapp.offline.download.finished" to be created?

PowerClient Deployment Version change 1.01 to 1.02

Minimum compatible version change 1.01 to 1.02

 

Advanced setting is down image

The user cannot update the version of the application, and only the "myapp.offline.download.finished" file is created.

Why does this phenomenon occur?
