Is it possible to set in the theme.json file a background-color to transparent?

To be exact I need the following background to by transparent

"datawindow":{"dwo-column":{"dropdown-type":{"normal-state":{"background-color"

As you all know a datawindow column has expressions and a dropdown column, like any other, can change colors.

The arrow-image set in the theme.json file is transparent but instead of being transparent to the dropdown datawindow control, it's transparent only to it's background color setting in the theme.json.

I need the arrow-image to be transparent to the datawindow dropdown expression color.

I already tried taking away the background-color, in the hope it would automatically take the color of the datawindow control, but instead it only turned to a white background.

Does anyone know if this is possible or if this has already been requested?
