Hi,

I am trying to call a web service from a shared object in my PowerBuilder application. It seems that the shared object cannot find the web service proxy dll, I get error message "Error calling method of a PBNI object" when calling the proxy. When running the same code from the main thread I don't get this error, the web service is called. Has anyone experienced this type of problem? I am using PB 12.5.1 Build 4595. I'm running from the IDE.

I think we would need to understand a bit more about how you are managing the call tot he web service. Just a random thought the webservice dll is accessible to the shared object? On the path or in the working directory?
