Your question is extremely generic and in lacking in details. If Daryl’s answer is not sufficient, I suggest you provide additional information.

For example, are you referring to a particular (published) web API, or distribution via FTP? To a single destination or multiple? What kind of content that contains form data? The more specific the question, the easier you make it for someone in the Community to answer.

Hi Ivan,

If you are talking about sending a file from Powerbuilder to an API here are a couple of old links which show how to do multipart form uploads using HttpClient. You'll need to read through the threads to look for the relevant code.
