Hi there,

Currently we use ODBC to connect to SQL Server 2019/2022, but we want the best possible performance and as such we're looking for the best practice in this regard.

We're using Powerbuilder Version 2022, Build 1878.

Thank you in advance for the help!

You should mention version of PB you are using.

For PB 2022.x I guess the best option would be to go with OLE DB Driver for SQL Server (MSOLEDBSQL 19.x).

Andreas.

We use version 19.2.We install 'Microsoft OLE DB Driver 19 for SQL Server' and set DBParm Provider='MSOLEDBSQL19'.
