Hai dears,

Does anyone use the medical lab integration application with powerbuilder ?.

I used Winsock method to collect and send data (HL7, Normal...) between the systems through tcp/ip protocol and it is working successfully.

But, some machines providing ASTM data method. Unfortunately this data can't access properly through tcp/ip connection method.

any solution in appeon ?

Greetings, Shareef -

I believe you asked this almost identical question a few days ago:

https://community.appeon.com/index.php/qna/q-a/astm-protocol-reading

I'd like to think the Appeon Community is responds very well to the issues posted to the Q&A forum. If you have not received an answer, it is probably because no one has an answer for you. This appears to be a very specialized niche that not many people may have experience with.

Perhaps if you provided some additional information as to the ASTM data interface protocol(s) OTHER than TCP/IP, someone might have a suggestion for you. If you have not already done so, I suggest you also search non-PowerBuilder sites (such as StackOverflow.com, for example) and ask similar questions (without specifically referring to PowerBuilder) to see if there are other, alternative ways (.NET, for example) to access ASTM data. Armed with that information, you might then summarize and/or provide URL's here in the hopes that someone can offer suggestions.

Best regards, John
