Resolved Application Executable build using PowerBuilder 2017 Release 3 - does not run on user machine

ApplicationExecutable build using PowerBuilder 2017 Release 3 - does not run on user machine. I have included all the dlls as recomonded

It throws an error says "The application was unable to start correctly" Not sure what other dlls to include. It exe runs fine on developer machine where PowerBuilder is installed.

The link you provided is for R2.  R3 introduced some new files needed for distribution.
