Resolved Application crashes when using vertical scroll bar.

Hi guys,

Looking for some help regarding an issue I am having. The application is running in PB 2019 R3, There is a window with one datawindow which retrieves data on opening the window. When I use the vertical scroll bar to view the rest of the data and click on the data grid the application crashes. This does not seem to be an issue application wide, just local to this window. Tried to do a debug to pinpoint the line of code it crashes on so far no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi BT;

  Can you tell us ...

  • Is the VSB on the DW Control or the Window?
  • Is this App executing under W10 or W11?
  • Is the App 32 or 64 bit compiled?
  • Is the App P-Code or M-Code compiled?
  • What processing is going on in the VSB code?
  • Anything else come to mind?

Chris the version I am on is PB 2019 R3 Build 2728, same for the PB run time
