Hi,

When I try to login into the Appeon website using my registered email address, I receive the error message - "Your Account or IP has been banned".

When I click on "Forgot Password" and reset my password through the link, I'm able to login and check the license details. But, if I log off and then login back again, I see the error message "our Account or IP has been banned" again.

Can you please check and let me know what is causing this issue and how to get this resolved?

Hi Srikanth,

The system failed to get the IP info of your login somehow, so your account get blocked. We've made some changes to this scenario, please check again if the issue persists.

Hi,

I'm logging in using my laptop and couldn't turn of my wifi and connect to the website. Do you know why this error is coming up?

As I mentioned in my previous response to you, your IP address is suspected of being spam. When you go home try to login it should work because IP address will be different.

This isn't a Web browser configuration or cache issue.  Your IP address is suspected of being spam.  Can you verify by using the Internet on your phone (turn off WiFi) and see if you can login?

Hi Srikanth;

   Please try clearing your web browser's "cache" & try again.

Regards ... Chris
