Resolved Android 9.0 pie

Hello.

For Appeon Mobile. 

I think currently this does not support android 9.0 pie OS properly.

Anyone who is knowing this issue well, please give me any advice.

Android 9.0 is supported in PowerServer 2019: https://www.appeon.com/support/documents/appeon_online_help/ps2019/installation_guide/ch02s01s01.html

I'm guessing you are on PowerServer 2017?  If yes, then upgrade to PowerServer 2019.

Hi MH;

Just to add to what Armeen mentioned about PS2019. This release also supports mobile phones with the "Notch" as well in the newer Android devices and O/S versions. While PS2019 adjusts for the "notch" real-estate, it does not yet allow your Apps to use that area. The use of the notch area by your Apps will be a future enhancement.
