Hi,

I have PB2017 running on a Win7 Notebook.

On Wednesday this computer will get a new Windows10 installation.  PB and everything else will be newly installed.

My question is:

Do I have to do anything regarding my licence? Like logout from my account before Win7 is overridden?

Or possibly I don't have to do anything? Just login again after the Win10 installation?

Best regard!

Peter

Yes, you will need to logout of our your license as shown in this video: https://www.appeon.com/developers/library/videos/license-activation-tutorial.html

If you activated your license without an Internet connection, it is more complicated process you need to follow: https://www.appeon.com/support/documents/appeon_online_help/pb2017r2/appeon_license_user_guide/ch03s02.html#_Toc483491159

You should only have to 'log out' from your Appeon account online and then you can then log on to PB using 'new' machine.  This assumes you have administrator rights on your Appeon account (meaning you assign licenses to PB and not someone else in your organization).

Hi Matt! Thanks for your answer! It will help!

btw: I don't have administrator rights on your Appeon account. That's somebody else.
