Are you trying to get in touch with Philip Salgannik?  Replying to this post likely won't work.  Altough he wrote the code sample this post was an Appeon copying it over from the old SAP/Sybase CodeXchange site.  You might try posting in the Q&A section (https://community.appeon.com/qna/q-a).  I haven't seem him active there, but perhaps somebody there might know how to get in touch with him.  In any event, it's a better place to ask questions about migrating to 64 bit.
