In my migration to PowerBuilder 2023 R2 presentation for Elevate 2023 I demonstrated using a utility to compare PFC libraries (or any libraries for that matter) to determine if there objects in one that aren't in the other. The attached is that utility. Note that this doesn't compare the objects that are in both, it only reports on peerless objects.

What I discovered later is a rather inexpensive third party utility that does the same thing much better. I'd recommend using that instead of what I wrote:
