How the H### do you activate the renewal we paid for in this software. I've just spent the last 90 minutes running in circles and I've had it .... it's BS that this is so vague and not stright forward.

 

Anyone have an answer!?   How do you activate the InfoMaker renewal?

Renewals don’t require you to do anything to activate if using online license.  Please open a support ticket because we will need some of your personal info to figure out if something wrong with the renewal order or some license management mistake on your company side.  https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug

That's what I also thought, but I sent him to the User Center, since at least he can get some more info about the license. I wasn't sure if maybe when it's an expired license that has been renewed, maybe things would be different.

Yes, definitely good advice. If in the User Center no license is visible, then it means either the license wasn't renewed or their organization's license admin did not properly assign the license: https://account.appeon.com/license-management/im

Probably in the "User center", once you've logged in with your user on Appeon.com.

Another thing you can do is send an email to support@appeon.com. create a ticket on https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug

Hi Miguel, support issues should always be reported in ticket system. It will ensure fastest response and we don’t lose track. The email address is just for special circumstances not the default way to get support. Thanks for trying to help!
