Hello

Using PB 2022 1900

In the PB IDE

1.  Create a user-event with no return value.  [ ue_one with (None) in return type ]
2.  Save the window, close the window.
3.  Re-open the window, modify the return value to string (or long) and press tab
4.  We get ' Routine must return a value' message.
5.  Now try to modify the return statement with some value.  You won't find the cursor

How to modify the return values?

Happiness Always

I could not reproduce this at first, there has to be at least one line of code in the event or the message will not appear. When it appears, the text cursor does indeed disappear but you can still type just fine. Switching to a different application and returning to PB will restore the cursor, too. (PB2019) Just one of these idiosyncrasies specific to PB we all love...
