We are using IBM Rational Team Concert for source control and would like some ideas on how to setup in PowerBuilder 2017.

Hi Kerry;

  The PB 2017 IDE source control is based on the Microsoft SCCAPI standard. Any proper SCCAPI compliant client installed on the PB IDE's machine should show up in your PB App's WorkSpace's source control area. I see that RTC does have an SCCAPI client ... so when installed, you can configure the rest from your PB App's Workspace, as follows:

 Hi Chis,

With the release of R2 how can we use the new source control feature?

So far I get

"Cannot connect to the repository.  Please make sure you specified the correct repository URL, User ID, and password"

I know the connection work because the URL, User ID and password connects in the RTC panel.
