Hello,

the inkpicture control is what you need, look for the examples in the PB help.

Simply lay it down on a window object and you will see that you can insert your signature straight off.

The inkpicture control is also supported inside a datawindow control, so you can store the signature directly to a blob table column.

Cheers,

Marco

Hi Oscar;

     I am not sure what you mean by "stamp".

Are you referring to a TimeStamp or digital signature perhaps?

Regards ... Chris

Oscar,

read my answer above, it already explains how to get an electronic signature, as you asked.

But please first of all makeup your mind and understand what you actually need.

Digital signature is not electronic signature, which in turn are not stamps.

Digital signature is achieved through X509 certificates and you would need 1) 3rd party commercial tools to sign a document or 2) develop your own java/.net wrap to existing SDKs (bouncycastle being the leading project to this extent).

Cheers,

Marco

Marco

In my database I have stored documents with digital signatures in PDF format, this signature is made by third-party software, these signed documents I want to download with PowerBuilder 2017R2 to show them to users and send them by mail, but by doing so, download it without the digital signature You know how this can be done or necessarily you have to use a third-party tool.
