If I create a SnapDevelop Class Library Project, can I use that dll library in PowerBuilder 2019 (or does it have to be the old style dll)?

In PowerBuilder 2019 R2 (not PowerBuilder 2019), you can use .NET DLLs that are class libraries, no matter developed with SnapDevelop, Visual Studio, or other C# IDE.  However, your .NET DLL must comply with the requirements in the documentation: https://docs.appeon.com/appeon_online_help/pb2019r2/application_techniques/ch20s01.html
