Hi,

I have successfully implemented POST method in WebAPI using SnapDevelop.

How do i handle the response and store into database? Like 'save Okay', 'Save failed', 'error message is any' etc with unique response id?

Regards.

Hi Mathews,

This tutorial might be useful to you (Starting from "Add a Database Context"). You will need to create a database table that will hold the response message and ID.

As for the unique ID it depends on what type of ID you wish to use. Integer number? GUID?
For an integer ID you can use an self-incrementing value for the key. For a GUID some DBMS support automatic generation of GUIDs in the keys

Hope this helps you.

Regards,
Francisco
