It would be great then if you posted a screen capture of exactly what "splash" screen that you are referring to.

Many thanks in advance!

Hi John;

Yes, unfortunately the deployment resets these values. FWIW ... you should only have to do this once when you deploy to Q/A. From there, that change should percolate into production. Its a bit of a PIA though I must admit.

Please feel free to open a Support Ticket as an enhancement request to allow the PS Toolkit to specify these settings and have the HTML rendered properly from the development environment.

Hi John;

   I will answer your Question #1 first ... App Icon and Name as well ..

1) Locate your PS App folder. For my example ... C:\inetpub\wwwroot\orderentry_web_2019

2) Open the "x64_application.htm" file in notepad (or your favourite HTML editor)

3) Update the TITLE name and then add a LINK section (within the <HEAD> section) as follows ...

<head>
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/http://localhost/orderentry_web_2019\images\orderentry.ico" type="image/x-icon"/>
<title>Order Entry System</title>
</head>

4) Save the edited HTML file. Note: you may need to clear your browser's Cache at this point

5) Restart your PS App. My App now looks like this at start-up ...

Note: Repeat the above steps for the "x32_application.htm" as well

HTH

Regards ... Chris

PS: Also, you may need to edit the "multi_browser_indexs.htm" file as well for the other browsers like: Edge, FF, Chrome, & Opera
