Hi All,

We have setup a new license server for power builder.

Can someone help in suggesting how can I register my new license server on the Appeon website?

I already have a license on the server.

Thanks,

Saurabh

Hi Saurabh;

  Appeon does not have customer based License Servers.

Are you trying to create an old Sybase SYSAM License Server?

Hi.

You don't need it. If you are always connected to internet then use the online served license. Otherwise you will have to generate an offline license that can be used only to one computer. The online model allows you to sign out when you close powerbuilder and use your license to as many pc's as you want, but not concurently.

Andreas.

Hi Saurabh ... In that case, the SYSAM server would be for an old Sybase version of PB. Appeon no longer uses the Sysam licensing model since taking over PB from SAP in July, 2016. For Sysam support, you will need to contact SAP.

What version of PowerBuilder?

What do you mean by "license on the server"?
