Hello Team,

I see Kubernetes deployment in the SnapDevelop 2022 Roadmap.

Will this feature work with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform which is based on Kubernetes? Or is it going to be on a Roadmap?

Cheers!

Many serious businesses use commercial products/solutions as opposed to opensource. Please add OpenShift support to your roadmap or prioritize it when you get a chance as it is based on Kubernetes.

Thanks!

Hi,

Our team has not tested the RedHat OpenShift yet but there is a plan to do it. Our engineers thinks that since OpenShipt is based on K8S engine, and our support for K8S covers the standard K8S features, the support shall not be difficult.  But anyway, we need time to set up the environment and validate.

Yes the item is not on the roadmap yet.  The cloud/Kubernetes environments are very diverse.  So our strategy is to first set up the basic functionality in the industry-standard way, and then gradually cater to different needs/demands.

Best regards, Julie
