PB 2017 R3 1858 Windows 10/64b

I refer to the local help browser triggered by F1 from Powerbuilder classic IDE.

When clicking on hyperlinks on topics new to this version of PB, I get the error message:

"Cannot connect to this page

check if the web address //ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm# is correct"

(translated from my native language).

Hyperlinks to topics of long-standing history works well.

PB was installed to a fresh computer without any traces of older versions.

Hi Sverre;

   There was a Help File issue caused by a MS-Windows fix that came out last fall. Appeon has since fixed this issue in PB2017Rs MR01 (build 1880) comply with MS's CHM security changes.
