I installed PowerServer with option "Create a new Web Site". Different Home Directory and port. AEM is working fine. Status Monitor works. PB2017 Toolkit Configuratin shows that PowerServer and Web Server is fine. Deploy works without any error. None of Apps is working. Service Unavailable, HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. Is it a bug or configurations Problem?

Hi Dainis,
Do you using 64-bit Appeon Server, you can find this in AEM > Server > License Management > Licensing page. if yes, please set 'Enable 32 bit Applications' in AppeonAppPool of IIS to 'Flase', otherwise please set it to true.
https://www.aspsnippets.com/Articles/IIS-7-and-IIS-8-Enable-32-bit-Applications-in-Application-Pool-of-IIS-Server.aspx
And please try steps below.
1. Right click the web root folder( for examples: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot folder), select the Properties items and select the Security tab page;
2. Add Everyone group if it is not listed in the box "Group or user names";
3. Grant Full Control permission to the everyone group.
4. Restart the IIS(iisreset.exe).

Yes, already done. 64 bit, 32 bit enabled=False, Everyone has full permission on wwwroot and subdirectories. AEM works, examples NOT, Apps NOT.

Please refer to the article below to set an account in administrator group to the Identity property for AppeonAppPool.

If there is still the issue, let's schedule a remote session to debug it. We would recommend you to make the remote session during our working time which is 9:00 ~ 17:00 (we are in UTC+8 ) thus we can get the immediate help from the other team if necessary. Regarding the tool to make the remote session, we usually use GTM or TeamViewer, and TeamViewer is preferred because its response is more quicker than GTM during the session, but we can use the other tools that you think is better. Anyway, please let us know when you can make the session and which tool you'd like to use for this session.
You can contact us directly - support@appeon.com.

Hi Dainis,
Have you also checked that the new Site is started? You can check that on the IIS Manager. You have to select the site you want to start to view if it actually is started. (See image)
Also, on the same menu of IIS Manager, have you checked that the bindings for the new Site are correctly pointing to the Port?
The "Service is unavailable" message could be also caused by any of these two configurations.
Regards,

Hi Dainis;
- What is the URL string that you are using to try & start the Web Apps?
- Does the Appeon Plugin start OK in your web browser before trying to start the actual App?
Regards ... Chris
